The scheduling person and people cleaned the floors were all very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They did a great job on the carpet but the kitchen tile and grout cleaning was amazing. It was very expensive but it was quality work. I also appreciate that the cleaner is eco-friendly and non-toxic (I think/hope)-that is the first thing I look for when selecting a company for carpet cleaning.

This is by far the best carpet cleaning Company in Denver. They stand by their work and promises. They do a great job and are very conscientious ! They take their shoes off before entering your house and are very respectful. I've used many carpet companies bur Zerorez is in a class by itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to family.

When I first called the person setting up my appoitment was very helpful, I got a reminder call, then the technition called and the entire experience was great.

Brandon was the one doing the carpets, he was efficient and explained all that was done to the carpets. I was able to take him to another friends home to have her carpets cleaned as well and she was thrilled by the outcame also.

The employee who came out to clean our carpets was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything. The carpets look great. My only hesitation is the price of the carpet cleaning. It was an investment that keeps us from doing it more often.
