You were prompt. Your technician, Steven, was awesome! He was very professional,friendly, thorough and protected our hardwood floors and corners while cleaning our carpets. We will definitely call you again when we need carpet cleaning.

The crew was timely, very nice, and performed efficiently. They did a great job and the whole process from scheduling to execution couldn’t have been easier. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was their process of scanning/photographing my credit card when it came time to pay. I may not understand the technology but I don’t like the idea of a picture of my card out there. Zerorez may want to take the time to explain how this works with their customers or consider another method.

There is a lot of communication so I know when they are coming and while they are are here they take time to go over their procedures, my concerns and any questions I may have. After they have completed the rug, they go over what they did and again check in with me for any questions or concerns. My rugs are beautiful again.

Ben (our technician), the outcome (clean carpets), the customer service and the speed which you got to us (we had an emergency involving a cat and cat poop- ew!). Thx for helping our bad day get much better. And our carpets cleaned from what looked like a cat poop crime scene.

Great job of getting my carpets and tiles super clean with no chemicals or residue... I had a great experience with Alex, very helpful and thorough. Also very punctual with their scheduling, this is my second time using them and both times they were on the front end of their window and even early. I will continue using them!
