I liked the results. They look beautiful. I do have two concerns. One is that there is a stain that did not come out on the steps. The other thing is I was told by your technician that he would move the couches and chairs as was indicated by your website. I was told he only moved some of the couches and chairs. I don’t know if I believe him that he moved any furniture

First off, I appreciate your affiliation with Team Dave Logan as I have found them to be a valuable asset to the community. I received you are special in their monthly newsletter. So if you are partnering with them and I trust their values, Is why I trusted you in my home. Secondly, your tech Ben was polite in calling stating he was available earlier if I was. I stated I was not available but I could be home earlier than the appointment time. He called back later and stated his schedule allowed him to show up early, he was courteous and explained the company and the service as well as ensuring he covered my concerns before and after service. I will be referring you to friends and neighbors as well as be a repeat customer.

Great product and excellent service. Note: The technician indicated that he would place blocks or some type of material under the chairs, but didn't do so.
