Great service and the carpets and sofa look amazing. Kenny was very professional and courteous. I appreciated his explanations about the pet accident cleaning options and upholstery cleaning. He worked a long day at our house. It was several large rooms and he worked non-stop. Really appreciated how clean everything was and without the sticky feeling and soapy smell I’ve experienced before with carpet cleaning.

Easy to schedule (and reschedule) as needed; priced competitively for the service, convenient to add a room or two (as well as some rugs) once they were here. Don was very good at the work and courteous. My carpets feel and look clean without any soapy residue. I will use them again.

You were on time (I was given a 1-3pm arrival time and they came right at 1pm). The carpet was cleaned with all stains removed and is now as soft as when it was new.

All the people I spoke with from Zerorez were very friendly and helpful. The technician that came to do my carpet cleaning was outstanding! He explained the difference between the Zerorez process versus other types of carpet cleaning very well so I felt really comfortable. He was fast, thorough and efficient.
