Jake was our technician and we had a great experience! He was on time, called 30 minutes in advance, was super quick and thorough- and sweet to our pup! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Carpets look and smell great!

Kenny and Thomas were miracle workers! We had a mix of vomit and puppy messes in nearly every room of our house. Every spot and stain is gone and my home finally feels fresh and clean again! Thanks guys!

Cody Wimberly ROCKED!!! He always brings his A game when he shows up. The carpet is 10 years old, but looks like its only a year old. You need your carpet cleaned, ask for ZEROREZ then ask for Cody!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Technicians have always been professional and friendly. Recently had an issue with a stain that appeared after carpet was cleaned. A technician was sent back out to re-service. It is unknown what the stain is or what caused it. However, after treating, it became lighter, however with the treatment, the area of the discoloration has become larger than it was. Now it looks like it has been spread out.
