I am located in Seattle, WA and my 84-year old mom is located in Littleton, CO. My mom had recently broken her hip and had just gotten out of the hospital following surgery and in-patient rehab. I was trying to help her out with a few things and this included cleaning her carpet which was in pretty bad shape.

Being out of state I had no idea of a local carpet cleaning company, but my mom saw your ad on TV and sent me your number. I called on a Friday, Greg helped me get the appointment scheduled for the following Monday. On Monday Ricky and a second gentleman (apologize I didn't get his name) arrived and called me to explain their recommendation for cleaning my mom's carpets. They were friendly, professional and were very willing to work with me and my budget.

My mom called me after they left and was beyond happy, "The carpets," she said, "looked so clean and smelled so fresh." She also mentioned how kind and nice the men who came to clean her carpets were.

Will we call Zerorez Denver again for the next round of carpet cleaning? 110% without a doubt, Yes!

The first guy missed a small area. Zerorez immediately sent a couple of men back to our house and did a fantastic job redoing the whole room. I was very pleased that they were so responsive and did not charge me any extra, of course.

How knowledgeable the tech was, how clean the carpet is, how quick it dried and no harsh chemicals.
