We have used Zero Rez for many years now and have always been extremely satisfied.
However, with reservations, on this last service - the tech did 3 rooms in less than 20 minutes including the pretreatment. I can't say that there was any soiled areas left but I was and am shocked that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned in that time frame, the previous techs that serviced our home took roughly an hour with the pre-cleaning and cleaning and cleanup after.
I questioned the tech and his reply was I have been doing this for 5 years. The tech actually started about 45 minutes early than agreed start time (we were scheduled for start between 3-5 p.m.) and I am left wondering if he was doing this to all his homes. While I don't hold ZeroRez at fault, I don't feel like we don't have a good thorough cleaning as in the past and don't want that same tech out to our home again. All the tech's in the past have been very detailed, thorough and took their time to clean - this felt rushed and I feel only surface treated - not pleased with this trip!
Also, is $75 for stairs (5 steps, landing, 10 steps) your normal fee? I would have had him do stairs as well, but after seeing his work am glad I did not.
While I would recommend your company do to the great service with past experiences, If this was the first time we had used your company I would NOT recommend ZeroRez

Hamid and Kenny were very professional. They did a great job cleaning my carpets.
Stephen, our service rep, was professional and personable. He did a very good job on our carpets. He explained what was going to happen, gave us choices, and both arrived and finished in a timely fashion. He had an especially tough challenge with the stairs and landings on the side of the house, but they cleaned up better than we ever expected. He had spent extra time to make this happen, and we were so pleased. The price was reasonable and we plan to call you again next year.
