We had an issue with our last cleaning. Zerorez returned and took care of our problem. Very good customer service.

The young man who cleaned our carpetting this past week was named Angel. This is the second time we have used Zerorez. Angel is very informative, polite, and hard-working. He seemed to have done an even more thorough job than the fellow who came about over a year ago. Angel was more willing to move some furniture and to put it on elevating pads to protect the wooden legs from the process. The finished cleaned rug looked almost like new! We are very pleased. This time, we choose to let him apply the protectant, so we look forward to this helping us keep the carpetting unstained. We already have one coffee stain, and Angel did everything he could to lessen it. It is not very visible anymore.
The next time we have your group clean our carpetiing again, I want Angel back! Thank you so much, Angel. Marti and Bob
