Trust the cleaning process. Carpet (10 yrs.+) feels great underfoot and looks refreshed. A few pet area issues resolved quickly; not with extra cost rather suggested maintenance cleaning routines. Tech was friendly, efficient, and did a very good job!

This was our first time to use your service. Patrick, our technician, was a polite and efficient young man and seemed to care about his work. I like the "corner cones" you use. He asked me to inspect the carpet to see if there was anything I'd like redone and cheerfully gave an area of high use another once-over with a smaller tool. I could tell the difference as he was doing it. Its been a week and everything still looks great.

The hot water deep clean method works extremely well and there is no soap residue with this method. The tech explains all the options available and then gives you the exact cost before starting to clean the carpet. All the times we have used your services, the techs have been courteous, and respectful of our property. Also, the tech wore a mask the entire time he was cleaning our carpet.
