Zerorez technicians are always very professional and friendly! They always care about doing a good job! However, pricing is frustrating. I had my carpets cleaned this past Saturday. Yes, the weather was crappy, but the tech made it and did a good job. (YEA!!) What is frustrating to me, is two of the bedrooms are mere walkways between beds/walls and the two areas hardly equal one room, but I was still charged for two full rooms. I have been a long time customer and hoped for some consideration on the areas, but when I placed the reservation with an explanation and on Saturday as well the consideration was not given. Other than that, I do feel Zerorez is reliable, friendly and professional.

No soap
It was quite snowy the day we were scheduled, but Beau came anyway and did a fabulous job. We had a couple of problems areas on our living room carpet, and he removed the spots completely, and you can't tell they were there. He was courteous, professional, and amazingly efficient.

Damien, the service technician, was on time, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. One of the cleaned areas was tile with grout lines.
The day after the job was completed to my satisfaction, ZeroRez called and said that Damien thought we would benefit from a second application of grout sealant. This service was offered complimentary on the day after initial service and within two hours of the call. I am very pleased with the results.
