First, just making an appointment is so easy. Second, employees are so courteous and professional, ask you questions and take your concerns and feedback. Altho, not the least expensive of companies but you get what you pay for, Zerorez does offer good deals and coupons. I try to wait until coupon and deal time for our service.

I thought technician Michael was very thorough and patient. He took care of our wall surfaces. He very patiently explained the pet mitigation and options that we had. He was excellent. Even though he explained that the pet spots might still have an odor, I am disappointed compared to past treatments when we had the same the same treatment. I think the odor is worse than before this treatment. We will try and air it out, see if that makes a difference.

The service was great. Technician came on time and was friendly. He gave me a great deal and the carpet was cleaned really good and dried within 3-4 hours.

As a repeat customer, I value the prompt attention to service on time, as scheduled. Each tech has been professional and given attention to detail in my home. We reviewed the requests and understood to overall total and time prior to beginning. Protecting the corners, covering shoes and watching the hoses to clean effectively, leaving no marks. Also took into account our dog and her need to bark once then move on. It was a great experience, thank you.

This is the third time I've used Zerorez over the past years and I'm just as happy with them as I was before! I've even gotten my neighbor and my sister to use their services and they were just as satisfied. This time I had originally planned on just having the carpets done in two bedrooms upstairs since my son had moved out and the rooms were empty. After the tech finished the rooms and put everything back in his truck, I decided that I really should have had the hall carpet between the two rooms cleaned as well! The tech graciously agreed to get all his equipment out again and clean this small connecting hall (just for an additional $25). He did not complain about having to do this. Now that's service with a smile! I will always call Zerorez when my carpets need to be cleaned and will recommend them to everyone that I can!

The cleaning process is enviro friendly. Also carpets dry so much faster with less water in the process.

Very professional!

Our technician, Patrick, was very enthusiastic and demonstrated knowledge about the process. We discussed each room he was scheduled to clean that day and what was needed. Everything smells fresh and looks great.

A difficult traffic path and coffee stain in the master bedroom probably need to be gone over again, as they wicked up to the surface a bit after drying. He stated that Zerorez could come back and go over anything that was not satisfactory.

He cleaned a sofa too--it seemed to dry quickly and smells good.

We would like to schedule another cleaning for another area of our home. Patrick provided estimates for that and for tile cleaning as well. I figure we can have the traffic path and coffee stain worked on at that time

I like that Zerorez does not use chemicals during the cleaning process. The carpet always dries quickly. We have had Phil out to clean carpets twice within the past year - and he was so professional and friendly. He is a joy to work with. Zerorez/Phil was able to get out some really touch pet stains from our carpet this time around.
