Their technicians are always courteous, friendly and polite and do a really good job. They are very careful with furniture, walls etc. to not damage them while doing a very thorough job of cleaning.

The quick scheduling and customer service are great. I also like that no harsh chemicals are used and that the technicians protected the edges of my stairs and laid down carpet protectors at the entry.

The technician was good at letting me know when he would come. He was very thorough, asking me if there were problems I needed him to attend to. He did not think the truck was doing the best job and called to have another brought out. Even though I had had you clean before, I forgot how quiet it is. The carpets are very old but really looked good after they were done. I will definitely recommend you to my friends. I'm sorry I can't remember the tech's name. He was good to work with.
