Zerorez really takes care of their customers. I loved the job they did for me in however we did have an issue...there was 1 room I felt did not come clean. I filled out their email questionaire and said I was not 100% happy. Zerorez reached out to me to ask why, I told them and they immediately went to work for me and scheduled a time to come out and redo the room I was unhappy with. The second time was the charm..the carpet came clean and all the carpet they cleaned is so soft! I am very pleased with how they handled this situation - made my wife very happy as well. Clean and professional

They did a great job and were very polite and professional.

The hot water deep clean method works extremely well and there is no soap residue with this method. The tech explains all the options available and then gives you the exact cost before starting to clean the carpet. All the times we have used your services, the techs have been courteous, and respectful of our property. Also, the tech wore a mask the entire time he was cleaning our carpet. Zerorez is always our first choice when it comes to cleaning our carpet!

My girlfriend referred ZeroRez because she was really happy with her carpet. I needed my carpets cleaned and decided to give them a try. Andrew called before he arrived. He was thorough and gave me my price before he started. I also needed some extra cleaning where my dog had peed in the basement and on the stair case landing. Trust the cleaning process. Carpet (10 yrs.+) feels great underfoot and looks refreshed. A few pet area issues resolved quickly; not with extra cost rather suggested maintenance cleaning routines. Tech was friendly, efficient, and did a very good job!

This was our first time to use your service. Patrick, our technician, was a polite and efficient young man and seemed to care about his work. I like the "corner cones" you use. He asked me to inspect the carpet to see if there was anything I'd like redone and cheerfully gave an area of high use another once-over with a smaller tool. I could tell the difference as he was doing it. Its been a week and everything still looks great.
