Technician - "Evan" - Kind, Knowledgeable, diligent, skilled. Masked up and considerate of COVID19 concerns. Excellent carpet cleaning. Most areas dry within 4 hrs; all areas cleaned were dry within 8 hrs.
Payment - Easy to pay. Used a digital app to accept credit card.
Reasonable Prices and Value - My carpet looks just about as good as the day it was installed-- nearly 15 years ago. No residual dark or problem spots after drying. We are so pleased with the cleaning.
Note that when you call for pricing, landings are (currently) $10/ea. May save you some money. Don't think customer svc agents quoting prices reveal best value pricing--so explore that with the person when you're getting a quote.

The technician, Ben, explained everything very well and the service was fast and efficient. He and the other technician made sure to protect all walls and other surfaces which was important to me because we cleaned the upstairs and basement levels. Ben pointed out some of the areas that may be trouble spots and what additional treatments may be necessary, however what he recommended and did that day seemed to take care of the issues. Great service. Highly recommend.
