Technician had excellent customer service, non toxic cleaners are used, the carpets were dry in a couple of hours and look brand new again. I will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

It is nice to have the carpet cleaned and not feel overwhelmed by the chemical smell. The carpet feels soft and clean. The two gentlemen that came were polite and explained everything they were going to do. The even filled me in on processes as they did them. The pet smells are gone. Thank you for great customer service!!

We had our carpets cleaned about two weeks ago. The carpets felt wet with product afterwards, but I’ve never had my carpets look so good!
