I waited a few days before responding to see if the final results of the carpet cleaning met my expectations, and they did! Thank you. Your customer service representatives (including the cleaner) was very professional and friendly. Give him a raise! The price was equally competitive with other carpet cleaners in the area, and I love that no harsh chemicals were used to clean my carpets.

You always show up and have a good price. I like that you limit the chemicals used and it doesn't smell like chemicals when you leave. This time I had someone come back to redo an area, because several spots were still dirty, and areas were missed, and when they re cleaned those areas they did not thoroughly clean the first time, it looked great. I wish I didn't have to have them come back out though, but they were happy to do so,and I appreciate that.
