How well carpets are cleaned
The guys that showed up were very polite and super nice.
Phil was great! He got the carpets cleaner than any other person that has cleaned our carpets in the last 10 years (including 2 others from Zerorez!) The stair edges were really bad and he got them about 98% clean, which was better than anyone has ever done! Please tell him we are VERY satisfied with the job he did, and when we use your co. again, will request him for sure!
The technician, Evan Hawley, who came out to see me was very kind and considerate. He performed the carpet cleanng quickly and did a fantastic job. He offered to come earlier than my appointment window which I really appreciated. I will recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for the best carpet cleaning and customer service.

All interactions on the phone to schedule the estimate & then the service were very polite & efficient. Numerous reminders before service by phone & email were appreciated. There was a mix up with the correct number to contact the day of the service but was still able to fit our cleaning in later in the day.
Carlos was great and did a FABULOUS job! Everyone at our office is extremely happy with the work.

Our tech arrived on time, knew his business, had great equipment, and got right to work with little fanfare. The actual cost vs what we estimated was a $50 difference which was frankly justified. Our carpets came out very clean and looked great. It took 4-5 hrs for the carpets to dry which is certainly in line with industry stds.

I was extremely pleased with ZeroRez. Their personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate their arrival times and came on time. They cleaned my carpet and also my area rugs which look brand new. I would recommend them highly.

Your cleaning method is not supposed to leave anything behind that would attract dirt, as my neighbor tells me some chemicals do. I like the idea that there are no chemical residues. Also the carpet dried pretty quickly, in a few hours

Was very happy with the work that the gentlemen performed. The walk through explaining how they would proceed with the process set the morning which we appreciated. I had not scheduled the sofa to be cleaned, but when he showed me how the results of cleaning an area that made a difference. We like the product since it did not leave our carpets quite wet. Dried quite fast, moved furniture back in 24 hours.
