Luis came in and was very friendly right off the bat. He explained how everything would work and answered any questions I had for him. He did a great job on our carpets. Everything smells so fresh and clean now. I really liked how Luis showed us, with a black light, stains that we didn’t even know where there caused by the previous owners of our house. What we really liked was how fast our carpet dried. We will be using Zerorez again.
