The service tech was very careful with the equipment he brought into the house and efficient in the cleaning process. He communicated any concerns and we were able to resolve them.

The products you use are safe. Both times I’ve use your services the technicians are professional and engaged and knowledgeable. They were no high-pressure sales, they reviewed the services to be provided at the start and then reviewed the services completed.
A special shout out to Carlos who was the technician the other day. He was timely, personable and knowledgeable. He was very conscious of where the hoses were and assured the baseboards and corners were not abraded by the movement of the hoses. He wore shoe cover booties and a mask while working. He’s welcome in my home anytime

We had Zerorez out to clean a few rooms and to address some left behind pet oder at a rental house. The rep did a good job and we were very satisfied. The new renters moved in and expressed disappointment that they smelled pet oder. Zerorez made arrangements to come out the next week and they did another oder treatment.

Made my 20-year old carpets look almost new (except for a few areas that are very worn). The technician worked had and completed all the areas of my home. He advised me about how long it should take to dry.
