I hired Zerorez for the cleaning of 3 rooms plus the additional treatment for the badly stained carpet. Fortunately the carpet cleaned up perfectly. What I especially liked was that there was no odor whatsoever, no chemical smell. The technician was professional and careful while working in the house.

We were so pleased with our technician, Evan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the procedures and plan for removing a couple tough stains in addition to cleaning our carpets with expert care. The set-in stains we have had for several months since early in the pandemic were successfully removed and our 30 year old carpet appeared as good as new after he cleaned it. Please extend our thanks to Evan. We would definitely request him again for future carpet cleanings. We're thankful for his 5-star care and treatment our carpet.
