Fast and efficient. My carpets always look great after being cleaned. Dry time is more like 12 to 18 hours.

Carlos was wonderful. He was on time, polite, friendly, and took plenty of time to discuss my options and recommend solutions. He did a great job on the carpet and put protectors under all of the furniture.

More than any of this, though, he was very kind, communicative, and friendly. That's equally important to me as all the rest.

One final note... it was really nice that another employee came by to help take down all the equipment and speed things up even more. It gave me the feeling that this is very well run company.
