I have used Zerorez services 3 times. All three times the technician was on time, respected my home, and left the carpets extremely clean. This last time I had one room where the carpet “bubbled” because it was over wet. The carpet is very dense and laid over a memory foam pad. The carpet was cleaned at 10 am Friday and the room where the bubbling occurred was not fully dry until noon on Saturday. Thankfully, as the carpet dried, the bubbling disappeared.The other two rooms were dry by Friday evening.
