I usually don't fill out these surveys but I would definitely recommend Zerorez. My carpets had not been cleaned in over a year a so dirty. They were able to get them clean. We were even thinking about replacing the carpet but can wait another few years.

They were very prompt and took care with their equipment not to damage anything. They sprayed all the spots and dirty areas. The cleaning process was relatively quick and the result was amazingly clean carpets. The carpets dried completely after 5-6 hours. I will definitely be using them again for some other rooms.

I appreciate that stains on the carpet are analyzed to see what is the best cleaner to use. They also offer a guard to put on the carpet after it is cleaned to protect it from dirt. Zerorez puts shields on corners of walls to stop chipped corners. Using nontoxic cleaners is a plus for me also. Nate was through, insightful & professional. Some of the monetary specials they offer are helpful. They are in and out, completing the job in a timely fashion. It is a great company to use for cleaning! Corliss

The friendly service rep did an outstanding job on our carpet. Our bedrooms had visible traffic discoloration and those are gone. He also treated with a solution to help keep those areas cleaner for longer. The price was as quoted and there was a slight upsell for the additional solution. I have already recommended them to a family member.

Your technicians called and scheduled a slightly earlier arrival time which was appreciated. The "trainer" seemed very knowledgeable about the Zerorez method and explained both it and their procedure thoroughly before they began. They advised me of a stain that I was aware of, attempted to remove it, and explained that the fibers looked as though the stain dyed them.
I, too, had worked on that small stain after Christmas so was aware. They took their time going over the carpet and vacuuming up the moisture thoroughly. Have used Coit previously, but was disappointed over the last cleaning from them with how quickly the carpet seemed to accumulate dirt. Will stick with Zerorez if this cleaning job does not do that.
We are very pleased with how our 20 yr old carpet looks.

There are many things that I liked about my experience with Zerorez . First our technician
arrived on time. He removed his shoes and put on his booties as soon as he got in the door.
He listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to be doing and why very
clearly. he was very polite and he examined all the areas that needed extra care. He got
right to work and worked very hard constantly. He protected my walls and furniture and
cleaned even the stair treads. Something no one else has ever done. He put protective
product on the areas that I was concerned about but did not try to sell me on things that I did
not want. All in all the was very professional, respectful, and pleasant. I am thrilled with the
result. My carpet has never looked so good . I would definitely have Zerorez again.
