What a great experience! Coltin explained everything, pointed out issues that he could help with and identified where he might not be able to get the entire stain out (ink) -- upfront and honest -- and he worked quickly. The carpet looks lovely and feels wonderful, and my area rug looks like new.

I like that there is no residue left on carpet after cleaning, which hopefully will make carpets stay cleaner longer. Also, the drying time was shorter after cleaning.
The technician did not charge for upholstery cleaning on a chair when he could not remove spots. Very fair.
