I love how clean you get my carpet. It looks like new! And Rob cleaned it in 2021 and even remembered being here. He is great and a GREAT trainer for Zane, the new guy. Both were efficient, caring, protective of everything and just mannerly. I would not use anyone else. I just felt SAFE having them in my home, which is RARE in today's world. You are blessed to have such great people to work for you! I will ask for Rob next time! :-)

Employees are friendly, not pushy, and do a great job. I am impressed how Zerorez employees protect your furniture and corners of your walls. Even ester that got on the tile floor was wiped off before he left.
Y'all have now cleaned our nearly 24-year-old carpet twice and worked a near-miracle each time. We'll have you back to do the kitchen tile, too. Plus, your technicians are wonderfully pleasant and kind. Thank you!

The cleaning crew was excellent. Very helpful in doing a walk through and focusing on stains I pointed out. Informed me of other products, but were not pushy when I declined. Worked fast (cleaned the whole basement in about an hour. Good communication on when they were going to be there. Really thorough cleaning of our most used couch (looks brand new)! The 3 rooms for $99 deal makes it an affordable way to maintain our carpets with 2 small kids while still getting excellent service.
