I liked the thoroughness of the team, explanation of the services, care taken to be neat and clean. It was great that they were able to get some long term stains out but the only downfall is that they weren’t able to get a wool area rug with a large stain clean.

A follow-up visit was needed to bring resolution to a pesky carpet stain problem. ZeroRes responded and Gunther the service technician demonstrated his skills to fix the problem.

Great job cleaning our carpets! The technician even helped babysit our puppies who were very interesting in what he was doing.

Overall great service from making the reservation to all the communication leading to the appointment day. It is nice to work with such a well run company. The pricing was also very fair and there was no high pressure upselling.
