Eduardo was the young man who came to clean our carpet, and he was wonderful! He confirmed the time he would arrive, was on time, took precautions to keep safe the corners of the rooms he was pass with his equipment, and wore protective booties on his shoes to keep the rest of our floors clean. He was cordial and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone!

Eduardo and Jacob were amazing! They called prior to arriving at my home, and communicated with me throughout the process about what they were doing and any areas of concern they found. I had them price out addition services for me but they were not pushy about adding the services. I appreciated their friendliness and hard work. I would hire Zerorez again without hesitation.

It removed the high traffic stains, and was quick drying. The tech explained that using a protection would prolong the life of carpet and would help with cleaning up spills that create the stains
