I had asked for tile cleaning and Jeremy came early on Thursday morning. He also proposed sealing the tile because he knew best. He was fantastic. Very helpful and congenial. We talked about Chicago and his current life in Colorado which he loves. It was a great experience--from both a service and a technical standpoint. I really appreciated his pre-call and his time in my house. He was very trustworthy and I appreciated his excellent communication with me about what he was doing.
