We have a dog and Evan did a great job explaining the different cleaning and sanitizing options available to us. He also removed a grease stain under our reclining sofa that we were sure would be there forever.

Personnel (Kayla, who took my initial call and Noah my technician) were knowledgeable and friendly. They were both thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about having our carpets cleaned. Noah did not try to upsell, and in fact he cleaned a small area rug for no extra charge. We used Zerorez to clean carpets and upholstery several times in another state, and the experiences were so positive, that Zerorez was the first company I called when I needed carpet cleaned here in CO. In addition to excellent service and quality work, the price, I thought was very reasonable.

The process to schedule was simple, the prices were good and the day of the job they were excellent. They used corner protectors, protected the floors and wore booties. I’m would recommend them to everyone!!
