The technicians were prompt, friendly, courteous and thorough. They explained exactly what they were going to do, offered other options to help in specific areas without being 'pushy', and did exactly what they said they would do - and in fact actually did a bit more than expected.
They did not promise more than they could deliver and did not build up our expectations, rather they explained why we might not see exactly what we thought we would see in the results. The results, nonetheless, were outstanding and we are completely satisfied - and impressed - with the work, the technicians, and the results.
