He took the extra effort to get into the small space next to my desk to clean the protien shake my son had spilled out of my carpet. The carpet looked new after he was done! I had a couple spots that had been on the carpet for more than 1 year which we had attempted to clean, only making that area more noticeable. Your product got rid of it, as if it never existed. My carpets look terrific. I also have a very keen sense of smell and am bothered easily by perfumes, etc. I have not had any problems with the whatever you use. But more importantly, the 2 men that came out and did the work, called before they came, came in the time window that was quoted to me, they worked quickly, efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. The two of them were courteous and personable. I would definitely refer them to my friends. Thank you.

Well, your radio commercial caught my attention several months ago with the "environmental" approach. I booked an appt to have my carpets cleaned last April. We are happy the the carpets and chairs, and there was a big blood stain that the two men got off a bedroom carpet.
The men were good workers and did their best for us.

Your people are knowledgable. My carpets look and feel clean. The carpet on my stairs is 29 years old, gets a lot of use. They hold up wonderfully, they don't mat down until they start to get dirty again. With other services they mat within a week. I love the way the job lasts.
