The product works very well--dries quite fast and in my case, did a fantastic job of cleaning a really dirty carpet. YOur serviceman, Bert, was efficient, courteous and did a very good job. In fact, while he was here, I recommended him to a neighbor and they had him clean the downstairs of their home and plan on having him come back to clean the 2nd floor carpet.

My biggest frustration with your company is your appointment system. We only needed a spot cleaned and paid a hefty price. It would be nice to speak to a person to schedule the appointment and ask questions.
