Raymond was very polite and professional. We walked through the house together and discussed all of the spots and stains. He explained that some of the stains might not come out. He managed to remove all of the stains in my carpet. He moved furniture that I told him he didn't have to move.
In the past, I have used several other Brand Name companies, and have always been disappointed. This is the first time that I have felt that I received service that I was satisfied with at a reasonable price. Zerorez will be the ONLY company that will clean my carpets from now on!

Not a lot of moisture left in carpets. Results were excellent. Once dry, they carpets maintained their soft texture, which I assume means there is no soap residue.
