I was unhappy with how long it took for the carpet - especially the stairs to dry.
Still wet the next day - and I mean wet. I could collect water in a papertowel.
I LOVE the pet stain removal process. I belive the technician described it as "flooding." The stains and odor are gone. Well worth the money. It's amazing!!!

I loved that in high traffic areas, the techs were concerned and concentrated in those areas. They were truthful about it being worn from traffic use and not necessarily dirty. We saw that they worked hard. The carpets look fabulous!! Thank you!
