Rolando and Cody did a superb job cleaning my carpet. We live off I-25 and Hampden and get 'black' dirt because of the traffic and exhaust fumes. I really didn't think they would be able to get the main area of traffic spots clean, but they did. It looks like new.
The techs were great and very helpful in explaining what they were going to do, what they did and how they could help next time. I think that they were honest in their assessment of the condition of the carpet and did their absolute best to restore the cleanliness of the carpet.

Zerorez has taken care of my white carpet for a couple of years, and I am a loyal customer. Even I was very skeptical that even their skilled techs could save the carpet in our family room after an entire glass of red wine spattered over a pretty wide stretch. Soda and baking soda left it a brownish stain. But Josh came armed with a four pronged approach: regular cleaning, spot treatment, hot iron and finally a finish of a special brew that we let sit underclear plastic for a couple of hours. Voila! I challenge anyone to find where that glass of wine had spilled. THANK YOU!!

Setting up the appointment online was quick and easy. I confirmed the appointment a few days before cleaning with office representative who efficiently explained the preparation required. The cleaning representative arrived on time and walked the cleaning job with me before beginning. He was knowledgeable about services, value and cost, and actually had decision-making authority. He worked hard the entire time he was in my home. Real value for cost.

The pet stains are removed from my Stain Master carpets. The traffic areas on my berber carpets are much less noticable. The tecnician Bert called before the appoinment and did a miracle on my carpets.
Last April (2011) I had 2 men who did an okay job. One had an "attitude". Since I liked the fact that Zerorez dried quickly I had your company again this year. What a difference.
