The employee Bert Miranda arrived with a positive attitude. He explained what he was going to do and the process. He as fast and efficient and the carpets looked great. I had a few pet urine stains that he worked very hard to get out. The carpet is the best it has looked since I moved in 7 years ago. I highly recommend Zerorez and will be using them again next year.

The technician arrived on time and took a few minutes to explain the process. He got right work by first treating our trouble spots and, by the time he was finished, even he was impressed with the results. And the carpet was not even that dirty; we just had some places that we couldn't get clean and the holidays are coming, after all! Afterwards, the tech made sure there were plastic sheets under all the feet of the furniture, even though the carpet was dry enough to walk on. He was very careful and thorough but did not have to take very long. Though we added an additional room to the cleaning, the price remained very reasonable. Even my skeptical husband, who hates everything, was happy! Now we just wait to see how long it lasts, since this is our first time using the service.
