Your staff is competent, persistent with stain removal, friendly and honest. There were MANY dog pee stains on the carpets throughout the house and virtually all of them are gone. The serviceman pointed out stains he could not remove. I think there were three and they were insignificant. Once the carpet dried two or three stains came back and Zerorez is returning tomorrow to fix those. We are very pleased with the service and the results. Had it not turned out so well, we would have had to replace all the carpets in the house.

The carpet looked very good after and didn't have a chemical odor. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the bottle of home touchup cleaner. It was very expensive.Also, I would like a technician to come back for one tiny area in the basement that could be cleaned a little bit more. All in all I was pleased. First name removed
