So far some tough spots were removed from our light colored carpet. Waiting to be sure they do not re-surface. If they don't these products are great.

The process does not soak the carpets. I have no problem with rugs stretching due to soaking them. There is no residue.

They actually get the job done.... stains that are actually removed (sometimes with 'deep cleaning') actually stay gone. Who else could completely get out huge honey stains left when my dogs got into a whole quart of honey?

I liked the professionalism of the staff from the beginning to the end. Janelle handled our appointment and Josh performed an excellent service. Josh called ahead twice; once to confirm our appointment and once to let us know he would be at our home in 30 minutes. Josh's appearance was very professional and he was very polite. Our carpet looks GREAT! Even our high traffic area and stairs, which take a beating, look fabulous. We are very pleased with the job Josh did on our carpet. It actually looks like new again! Most of the stains actually came out! The technician was very helpful and worked like a mad man! I was impressed with him. I'm not sure if it was him, or the products, probably a combination.

The "green" process and the service

very clean, non- "crunchy" carpet pile standup which proves the "other guys soap gummyness" is not remaining in the carpet by your cleaner new process. Quick to dry with even stand up pile pattern from the final suction; even with white heavy pile quality carpet.

The carpet was very clean, the knapp was restored, and it was soft too!

Im not sure yet. I had a spot by the back door that I had to clean myself and I have a small spot by the refrig that they missed. I also wish they had told me about the carpet being so wet that it had many humps in it. I was worried sick that I would have to have it restretched. Also your office girl needs to be sure of what she is saying. Your guys know what I am talking about. I was not a happy camper.--First name removed
