Prior to us moving into a new home, Zerorez fit our need for a last-minute cleaning into their schedule at very short notice. The technician was kind, thorough, and efficient. What especially impressed me was his desire to clean our carpets to a standard of excellence; he wasn't there just to make money... that was refreshing! The pricing seemed fair and straightforward, the carpets dried quickly, and they looked great!

Tech arrived promptly, did carpet in 2 rooms, one with pet urine issues: wonderful! Carpets clean and fresh with no chemical odors after. $150 which included the enzyme treatment for the pet issue room.

Our upstairs carpet looked the best it has in 10 years! I like the notion of removing most if not all of the residue. Your technician (Michael Miller)seemed to be very knowledgeable on the product and approach to cleaning, was friendly, and answered a number of questions I had. Very good customer service--from phone to cleaning!!

We used Zerorez last year and my carpets looked great, so we decided to use them again this year when I found out on a Sunday evening I had 5 days to host an unexpected party in my home. Since it was after business hours, we used their online schedule and got the last appointment for the week which was that Monday morning. The two guys that came were friendly, professional and did not waste any time completing the job which allowed the carpets to dry by late evening so was able to move back some furniture. Carpets and furniture look wonderful and smell fresh. Thank you, guys, for helping me out of a jam and doing a great job. Will recommend Zerorez to friends.

First that you are green. Love the no residue. Although I don't understand the random areas that are crusty or crunchy. I vacuumed several times over them and they still seem to be there. Wondering what they are and if they will go away. It is brand new carpet never been cleaned before and was surprised to see this. Can someone let me know what it is.

Other than that, Gerry was wonderful and I simply love the concept! I am a realtor and designer and will be recommending Zerorez highly to my clients and friends!
