Great service, quick and thorough
Ray was awesome and provided OVER-THE-TOP service to us. Carpets looked great and my family is all together, thanks to him (my two year old son locked himself in our basement and Ray took off the doorknob to get him out as I wasn't there and my wife was freaking out). Technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous and focused on what they are doing. I know how long the appointment generally takes so I can plan my schedule accordingly. The half hour ahead call is always done which helps with getting our vehicles out of the way and last minute things in order as far as moving things and vacuuming. The carpet work was great, but two lights outside the front door where the cleaner was pulling his vacuum hoses are broken and we were not told about it before the cleaner left.

The man who came to clean my carpet was fantastic. While he was there, I got a phone call that my brother had died. He was very appropriate and extremely kind to me. When he left, I felt as if he had been sent to me from God. Thank you for hiring such a compassionate man. Plus I should add, he did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets.
No residue
Carpets are CLEAN! And dry very quickly. This was our second time using zerorez. The tech, Seth, is very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. Our neighbor recommended zerorez to us and we are extremely pleased.

Zero-residue, environmentally-conscious cleaning. The carpets look like new and since I have used you before, I know they stay looking great for a long time. I really liked the technician. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips to maintain my carpets. He suggested a protectant for a high-traffic area but didn't over-sell. I felt he was honest and professional. It was also easy to get it scheduled - no phone tree, no call-back, just a real person the first time I called. I really appreciated that!
