It would be easier to answer what I DON'T like about your products and service. NOTHING, and that says it all. I love not having residue crackling in freshly cleaned carpets. I love carpets dry by day's end. Above all the service is over the top. The techs come when they say they will, calling 20-30 before arrival. After checking out the job, they get after it, leaving only when everyone is satisfied. My carpets have a browning issue, on occasion needing a return trip. There has never been a problem when that happens. Those issues seem to be in the past, as there has been no browning the past 3 times out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was very unhappy with the results of my last carpet cleaning and didn't think I would ever use them again. Zerorez made it right and sent out a different rep who re-cleaned the areas in question.
