The carpeting in my basement had never been cleaned. I told the tech, James, that I was not expecting a miracle. I could not believe how clean he got the carpeting!! Virtually ALL the stains are gone!! James is a terrific young man and a hard worker!! My house smells clean and sanitized. You guys do SUCH a wonderful job! Thank you!!

The service techs are very friendly and seem to try to do a good job. They are willing to go the extra mile. This time, I think that my couch seem wetter than I thought it would be but have never had it cleaned by you before so not sure.

Your product really gets the carpet clean. Also I just called, the job that was done the other day was good, except for one spot on a throw rug, you gladly rescheduled a time to come out and take care of it. Thank you!

I've now used zerorez twice. I requested Raymond Martin for the second visit that was necessary since I had spilled some balsamic vinegar on the carpet and needed it removed. Raymond is particularly knowledgeable and was not only able to get it out but also a relatively small but problematic red dye stain. He extracted that with an iron and it looks great. He takes the extra time to explain what works best in the future and can explain why. I'll use zerorez again and have already recommended to others. Thanks, First name removed

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician who came out, returned to address an order we still had from his first visit. Not only was he apologetic that it was not removed the first time out, he clearly outlined what he was going to do, he shared what the next steps we should consider if this did not fix the problem. The tech was efficient and supremely professional, and the problem was resolved!

I have gotten the same area cleaned once a year for years and this is the best it's ever looked. I will be calling on you again for other areas in our home when we can afford it. Our home and carpet (most of it) is 14 years old.
