The products used cleaned extremely well that you can really see the difference what others did not, and left a very clean and fresh odor while others smelled soapy, and of chemicals. The service Devon gave was wonderful; he was on time, very pleasant and courteous, and did his job thoroughly. The lady that took my call was extremely pleasant and helpful. She showed how she and Zerorez cared for their customer in her voice and attitude, which means so much to a customer; I should have remembered her name, and I do apologize to her for not remembering.

Lingering scent was pleasant-smelling. Dried fast except in the areas that needed more attention. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to meet my needs.

Carpets are the cleanest I have ever seen them, they dried very quickly, the techs were very friendly and worked hard. They came in and we walked the job together and they told me what they planned to do, and got right to work. In no time the job was done and they were showing me the end result. Very thorough in making sure all the cat "spots" were pre treated and cleaned well. Arrived earlier than scheduled which was very nice as well. The carpet looks great considering it is light and has been through a lot. I especially appreciate the process of fewer chemicals. I will use this service again!

Our technician, Dennis, was so friendly and did such a good job on our carpets. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it, and showed us before and after areas in our bedroom!
