Zerores was able to remove several stains that we were unable to remove. Several other companies said they could remove them, but failed in their attempts. When it comes to tough stains, or other carpet care needs, I will definitely be returning to Zerores.

The staff was on time and very courteous. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Rachid answered all of my questions about how to remove certain stains on my carpet. After the carpet was cleaned, he had me check to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. The carpet looked new and had a pleasant citrus smell. Most carpet areas were dry in about 4 hours.I am very happy with the way my carpets look now.Thanks Zerorez.
