I used zerorez the last 2 times I had my carpet done. I gave you a try after the last carpet cleaner didn't do his job. Your men come in dressed for work ask what I want I want done and get after it. I'm very pleased with Zerorez.

After carpet cleaned, I seemed to cough and cough. Never had that before w/Zerorex. I think there was more residue left than normal. I could be wrong.

I had Zerorez come out twice in the past week. The first time to clean off-white berber carpets and the second to clean newly installed, reclaimed carpet. In the first round, I was pretty unhappy with the results. The light-colored carpet had yellowed areas. I didn't know for sure if this was a cleaning problem, or the carpet was simply not going to come clean. Despite that, I did have them come back for the second carpet and pointed out the yellowed areas to the technician. He wasn't sure it could come any cleaner either, but nonetheless, he did re-clean the areas. As it turns out, the stains were removed and now all carpets are looking their best. I confidently recommend Zerorez. Not only do they do a great job, they stand behind their service.

I have a yellow lab that leaves marks where she lays; they did not come completely out, however, they look a 100x's better.

Technician (Adam Hursh) is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work, as well as being timely with our appointment.

The carpet appears quite clean and doesn't emit any "after" smells. We've been walking on it the entire day, replacing all of the furniture we moved out, and it doesn't look tracked.

We were most impressed with the tile cleaning in the laundry room/mud room--no more "path" on the tiles. The grout is back to the original color, too.

Really really pleased with how clean our carpets get with your product - far exceeds other companies' quality. Service is great too.

The value was incredible, the technician friendly and knowledgeable, and the carpets... they are clean! We just moved into a new house and the carpets were a mess. We decided to have them cleaned before replacing them, but didn't hold out much hope for them. I was literally blown away by how wonderful they look now... almost brand new! And no crunchy detergent residue! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks, and even some who don't :)

I was so impressed with the cleaning of our 13/15 year old carpet.. Gerry did an excellent job. He was on time, thorough and efficient. After a call to Zerorez the next week about 2 areas of concern, he came back and gave each a little extra TLC and both areas look great. I had little hopes for the carpet in a rental property I own. The cat urine, black spots, red Kool-Aid spots, and overall dingy appearance had me mentally prepared to purchase new carpet for my next tenants...

Adam was AMAZING! He worked hard during the time he was there and was willing to share his expertise and describe the benefits of zerorez vs. other treatments I had used in the past. The Zerorez products effectiveness and the end-results far exceeded my expectations. The carpet was given a second life. My mother was witness to the process and the transformation. She has ranted and raved about Zerorez to all her friends about the end-results of the condo carpets. No spots remained, no evidence of the former 'cat' tenant remained, and the color and texture was revived.

I will definitely be recommending Zerorez to my friends and family and will use their services for both my used/abused carpets in my rental properties as well as for the carpets in the home I live in!
