The service. The attention that is given before the service is preformed and the follow up after. The way the service man looked, clean and attentative to the job before him. His name was Seth and it was the second time he had cleaned our home. He is by what I have seen is an excellent employee and is interested in doing a first class job.. I have recommend Zerorez to many of the people I work with and I know at least three have used your company and were satisifed with the service.
The technicians always call about 30 minutes before arriving. They are professional and introduce themselves on arriving. Our carpet is now 9 years old and looks like new. I always ask for the soil retardant and feel this is why our very light colored carpet always looks so good when cleaned.

Because his appointment before ours needed to reschedule, he called to see if he could push our appointment up, which was fine and worked really well for us. We were happy with the results.
