I would like praise Kelly the lady that came out to do my carpets, she did a FANTASTIC JOB!!
I already have recommended Zerorez and Kelly to my friends, I just love Kelly, she did a good job on getting out vomit from my grandson getting sick, my carpet looks new again. Thank you Kelly and Zerorez!!

Exceptional customer service from the minute we called until the completion of service. The technician called prior to his arrival and showed up within quoted timeframe. The tech was very professional and went above and beyond to explain the cleaning to me. Thanks for a great experience!

Nice people that came to my home. Explained everything.advised how to clean future spots(I have 3 cats) informed me of other services(grout cleaning). Made it very easy to have carpet cleaned, and I was really dreading it but was pleasantly surprised. Finally, the result was beautiful and I won't ever dread it again.

Carpets came out VERY clean, despite having been "lived on" by four cats and 3 dogs... and 2 humans. The condition of the carpets before cleaning were very good, but now they look almost brand new.

The cleaned carpet looks great and I am a fan of no residue! The customer service is excellent, from needing to postpone my first appointment to re-scheduling and the service technician was very professional.

We originally requested Zerorez...and our renters used some "Coupon" deal....we had to call Zerorez to get the carpets re-cleaned.....and Zerorez, not only came thru , but fixed the mess we had..

Choose Zerorez and be satisfied rather than disappointed with "Coupon" cleaners !

Very expensive for you but unbeleivably great

Ryan Maine should be commended. He is VERY knowledgeable, bright, articulate and thoroughly explained in layman's terms what he was recommending and why.

He was able to remove pet stains that were so bad, he initially thought I would have to recarpet that particular room.

I AM VERY SATISFIED AND WILL REFER YOU TO OTHERS AS OFTEN AS I CAN:)

I love that my house didn't smell like scary chemicals after my carpet was cleaned. I didn't think twice about putting my daughter down for a nap afterward- something that has made me nervous in the past. The carpet looked 100 times better! Also, while Devon was here, our basement started to flood, and he was able to suck the water out of the window well. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile for us!
