The cleaning doesn’t leave a residue and therefore doesn’t attract more dirt. The carpet stays cleaner longer.
I did the 3 rooms for $99, as I’ve always wanted to try your company. I knew before hand that any stains that needed to be treated might cost extra. I did have some stains, but thought it was a lot to charge for the few that I had. My bill was almost $250. That would be the only hesitation on using Zero Rez again.
The service was reliable and efficient however, which I appreciated.
We were very impressed by our technician Anthony. He had a wealth of knowledge regarding the service and proper carpet aftercare. He was extremely professional and personable.
Adrian was amazing. He was very patient and meticulous with his work. He took his time explaining everything to me. Then took his time cleaning the problem areas.
Unfortunately, the treatment did not work. This is definitely not a reflection on Adrian. The products simply did not work.
I was told the turnaround time for offsite rug cleaning was 2-3 weeks by the technician who came to our house. We now have been waiting 4 weeks with no ETA provided. I have an event next week and never would have signed up, had I known it would take this long.

The service tech was very nice, helpful and was careful with our newly painted floor trim. The carpet was soft, clean and brighter.

You charged me a fortune more than I was originally told for an hour and a half of work ... he said the regular cleaning “would just bring things to the surface”, so while he was here I had to let him talk me into all this other cleaning that I “needed” even though my carpets in my new home were only three years old ... lot of money and couldn’t even get the one stain out that I had. I trusted my realtor who said to use you. I should have shopped around.
A+, except I forgot to mention THE TICKET radio guy who said to mention his name and get 4 free Ranger tickets! My bad! Never even consider any carpet cleaning unless done by Zerorez.
The techs I had for the job were awesome!!! They explained everything to me and answered all my questions without making me feel like it was an imposition. The house smells awesome. I had floors cleaned to remove pet odors since I’m selling my house and realtor said it made a world of difference in the house. Thank you techs and Zerorez!!!!

Excellent results and amazing customer service!
Cleans well, I wasn't pressured to purchase options/upgrades. Problem with bill in that since we have a dog, they assumed pet treatment was applied before technician showed up. I had to call to get that corrected. Disliked the presumption and that it was not verified before trying to charge me.
