My carpets look cleaner but the smell when I came home yesterday, one day after the cleaning, was awful. It's still pretty noticeable this morning and I'm not sure what to do.

There are a couple of spots that weren't removed,however, I know that your man worked hard on them but we still can see where they were. Your technician was very upbeat and explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. We would be pleased to have him back the next time.

Had a really smelly mess my large dog made and after it was steamed and treated to kill bacteria, still has a faint smell in the room. Hoping it will completely go away. This is the second day since cleaning was done. If doesn’t go away, I will be contacting y’all again.

I would like to see if Chase can come back and work on the avacado throw up. Maybe if he uses the really good stuff, we can get it out. He did his best the first time around , and everything else is gone. He works hard, and this is a horrible place. Thank you Zerorez for having good people like Chase.
The service was reasonably priced and the technician was awesome, but I'm not sure we got a real bang for our buck. Will probably use again.
