The technican that cleaned my carpets was great.
The stains are still visible on my carpet. The technician was good but I would have preferred an updated quote before he started. I was very surprised at how high my bill was when he finished and it was not what I expected especially given the deal if $89 for 3 rooms. My bill was well over $450 at first. I was not ok with that
The work was executed to my expectations. The carpet is restored to a very good condition. Like Zerorez services.
No harsh chemicals
The tech was on time, friendly, and know what he is doing. The carpet clean pretty well.

Very courteous and hard-working
Technician wore no mask, only gloves and foot coverings. None of my furniture legs were protected from the moisture as has been done in the past. Several areas of carpet did not come clean and one looks like it is actually worse than it was before cleaning with what appears to be water circles.

We will follow CDC recommendations for social distancing and use new practices for no-contact payment processing. (Technician actually asked to use my pen!)
We will clean and disinfect contacted hard surfaces, such as door knobs, with an EPA registered disinfectant, free of charge. (Didn't happen.)
Very disappointed as we have used Zerorez exclusively in the past. Based upon this service I believe I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

The service provider was thorough and professional
I paid extra for the pet treatment and not only did it stay wet for almost 24 hours and they had to bring a fan out next day to dry. It left a film that feels awful. I am concerned that by keeping my carpet and pad wet that long that it may mildew. Also you may want to tell your tech to perhaps keep a few change of shirts in the truck. He showed up at the door with sweat all over including a large sweat ring on his shirt and dripping sweat on his face. I know it’s hard work but just wipe down before the next customer. I am a realtor and y’all are the one I recommend to my clients but I can’t continue if this is what will happen to them.

First person to clean carpet was not helpful, dismissive to tenant and left. Tenant did not know he had to vacuum first. Cleaning was rescheduled

I had very excellent and professional service from Ceaser. He was very knowlegeable and helpful for my situation due to pet accidents and stains in a particular room. He was very courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will use them again!

No residue!
I have used Zerorez for years. This last visit this week was great. Robert was one of the best technicians, if not the best, that I have had since starting with Zerorez.
Efficient cleaners. No odor. Got the stains out. On time.
The floor looked good but Some places on the grout were missed on the kitchen tile. Hall bathroom cabinet was scratched up on bottom. Thought the price was too high.

Felt like a bait and switch with pressure to buy upgraded service. We ended up paying twice as much as originally planned. His tactics felt very used car salesman-like and I get the sense that some of what he said was not true. For example, he told me that without the pet treatment the dog odor smells would be intensified after cleaning and that it wouldn't even be worth doing. After all the trouble I went through to move furniture, I proceeded with the upgrade even though I did not fully trust that to be true. I recommend providing more information about service options before completing the online quote generator so that your customer is better informed about the likely final cost. If your technicians are telling customers that the regular cleaning service is not worth it if you have pets, that information should be available on your website so an accurate quote can be generated. Also, while the carpet looked clean and bright when the technician left, there has been yellowing in several areas of our light berber carpet since drying. I'm unhappy with the experience and the outcome and will not be using Zerorez again.
