Darwin is the best technician we've ever had from Zerorez. The company should clone him.
Previous technicians did not get our carpets as clean as he did and they left the carpets much wetter.
No Chemicals! I am not a fan of my house smelling like I just had the carpets cleaned.
Scheduled to be at my house between 10:00 - 12:00 and at 12:10 I had to call to see if anyone was coming. Put on hold for a long period of time for them to tell me the guys are running late. They finally showed up around 1:30. No respect at all for other people’s time. Sat in van when they showed up for a good 5 minutes with no care at all that they were late and I was in a time crunch. Wouldn’t use again unless it was given to me for free as it’s the service I’m paying for and evidently the service was not there.
$300.00 for one guy, one hour. Not a good value.
Spots pointed out and they were not cleaned well
No vacuuming.
Did all the hard work myself. Moved all furniture, Brushed out all base boards and carpet corners.
Would not recommend if you need your carpets to be given more than a once over.
The tech was very theory he taken the time to explain to me, the dos and the don'ts. And the solution that he used, I will highly recommend him again.
Payment process
When I called for a quote, you did not tell me that the price depends on the size of the room. The technician was on time and professional. The job costed more than I expected (or quoted by phone).
Michael charged me for 3 urine applications we he told me several times he only used 2. I called the office but was told the manager I needed to speak with was not there.however she would call me back when she returned. It's been over 24 hours now and no one has called me.
i’m not disappointed, just feel neutral about the end results. i had some higher expectations that the carpet would remove some stains like other customers described. it was just okay. in less than an hour 3 rooms were completed with just okay. thank you for the service. the technician was polite and knowledgeable.
Technician was very polite and gotten the job done though the stain still visible but he tried his best and we appreciate it.
Price was ridiculous. 8x14 oriental rug cleaning $600.
$400 for cleaning and then $200 for pet cleaning solution
There is no question the pet cleaning solution was about $5.00 worth of solution.
And then we had to roll up the carpet and carry it back inside from our driveway where they did the cleaning.
We have been great customers over the past 15 years and the crew oh, gee yes we can give a break on the price $20.00. WOW!!!!

Carpets didn't come out as clean as I would have expected (on a 1 year old house).
They work!! The technicians are friendly and professional. They are highly trained and explain each step to you. Give you safety tips on how not to slip when coming off of damp carpet to tile. All good.

My husband and I were SO impressed with the man you sent to us last Saturday! i believe his name was Terry. He was courteous, professional and pleasant. Terry took time to show the difference between the area of our carpet he'd cleaned versus the uncleaned. He explained the process and talked about the protectorant (without being pushy).
He was the best carpet cleaner we've ever had! Even tho' we've had this carpet over 25 years it looks better now than it ever has after being cleaned. Other employees you've sent out did ok, but not this good.....And it dried faster than ever as well.
If we'd known he was going to do such a good job we would have asked about help with our upholstery too!

Technician did a fabulous job getting out some essential oil stains! And then when his equipment failed in the last room, he credited me. This is fabulous customer service!!

The walk ways are not clean and next to the walls it’s still dirty charged to much
It was half of the bedroom the other half is the bed a very small bathroom maybe 15 feet walkway and 14 steps
And it does not look like it was cleaned
I had my sofa and love seat cleaned. It looked worse than it did before you cleaned it . I would like them redone, or refund my money.
