Friendly staff! Both the person who assisted me with the appointment and the lovely young man who came to clean my rugs, were absolutely outstanding!! My carpets looked beautiful after they were cleaned!
Clean but very effective cleaning without chemicals
My technician, Texas, was wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and professional. Also, he indicated that he could not guarantee the results, since pet stains were involved. But, he recommended and I paid for 3 separate "hot shot" treatments that he thought were necessary. Before he left, Texas told me to give it a few days to see if the pet odors went away. If not, he said he could come back and reapply. I gave it a few days and am not satisfied with the residual odor. Considering I paid nearly $400 for a single room, I was hoping for better results. I did email your customer service department asking for a reapplication, but was never contacted to reschedule. Thus, my rating. Thank you.
The man who came to clean my carpets was very professional and nice. He did an excellent job. I will use your services again.

A few stains were left in one room that actually looked worse once the room was clean and dry than they did on the dirty carpet. The Tech returned and was able to get all of those stains out and everything looks great now. Not getting the job done the first time is the only reason I didn't give you a better rating. The Tech was a super nice guy and worked very hard to be sure he'd removed the remaining stains.
I liked the prompt, timely service. I was also impressed by the attention to detail of area's pointed out or that were found by the service Technician.

The technicians are efficient and courteous
I had 4 rooms and the stairs done. From start to finish set up, pre treatment and cleaning it took right at one hour and my carpets look no cleaner. I wasn’t expecting perfect just cleaner than what they were. I feel like what I paid for I could have done with my at home steam cleaner.

Our carpets look great, again! Thanks to Jessie (JT) who worked very hard to get tea, pet, juice stains up from our carpet.
Our family came to visit for 7 wks in late summer of 2019 with 2 little ones and 3 dogs. Needless to say... I had Zerorez out in Feb of 2020. The job was poorly done, no offer of spraying carpet to help with removing staining, would not move a coffee table that is on wheels, no raking carpet after supposedly spraying protectant on. I had been so frustrated with how our carpet has looked since then. The tech made me feel that the job was done the best it could be.
I was so frustrated that I wanted to get rid of the living room carpet. Finally, Jessie and his supervisor, who got Jessie started on our carpets, did a wonderful job. Thank you and he should be recognized for the effort he puts into pleasing the customer. I am happier than I have been with the way our carpet looks, now I can look at it without being bothered by it. I will ask for Jessie in the future. He is being trained very well.
Child proof baby gate upstairs was damaged by technician
The courteous technician did a great job & he explained everything to me. My carpet looks very good.
