First time I’ve used Zerorez. Highly dissatisfied. Told them I just had the whole inside painted one month ago and make sure to use corner protectors so woodwork does not get damaged. Sent photos to customer service and showed were woodwork was damaged in many places. I have white carpet that is three years old and in very good condition. Had two spots size of quarter that I pointed out to them that they did not get clean. I used 409 carpet cleaner and spots came out instantly. Highly disappointed with service. This gentleman said he had nine years experience. OMG this is not except able.
Your product is wonderful. We had pet stains and now they are gone. The workers were very professional and hard working. They showed up ON TIME!!!!!

I had to hire a different company to clean the carpeted areas because realtors/potential home buyers said the carpet didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The technician wasn’t at the house a very long time considering he had to clean 5 rooms. I had two offers on my house after the other company cleaned and he showed us how much dirt they pulled up, that should not have looked that way.
Scheduling staff not very personable or knowledgeable. Technicians are usually late or don't show up on time.
i use your company often. john did a very good job. he explained what he was going to do. he was very thorough and efferent. thank you for my clean carpet .

Zerorez always does such an amazing job on our carpets. We have two dogs that occasionally have some accidents and we aren’t always able to get it all out. They are able to show us all of the spots and then get them out with their cleaning system.

The technician did a great job. The part I don’t like is the fact that you encourage customers to add services to their original request which is great for the first customer. However, it’s terrible if you’re the last one and everyone else made the technician run late.
